New Land Rations is a synthesized item in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
It is a high level healing item that is extremely effective, being able to heal a large amount of MP, LP and MP. During the development of Yuvel, Meruru will need to deliver a number of these as food for the settlers during the development quest "Mobile Meal".
Because they are so effective, registering the item at Pamela's store to purchase for later use may be wise.
It can also be obtained in Atelier Rorona Plus: The Alchemist of Arland during Overtime through Time Capsule by providing only the necessary ingredients and registered at Iksel's store using the Wholesale option.
