The Synthesis Piece is a synthesized item in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.

Hagel will request that Meruru make him one of these for his forge. Creating the synthesis piece and delivering it to Hagel will increase his forge abilities, allowing him to disassemble weapons and armor. Disassembling equipment allows Meruru to get raw material (ingots and cloth) from old armor or weapons.

Disassembly requires a fee, but can save materials and synthesis time for making new materials.
