The Mighty Filter is a synthesized item in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
Meruru will need to create and deliver filters to Quelei Forest during the Quelei Forest III development quest during the game's later years.
They are also needed as a key ingredient in creating Gold Nuggets.
