Teokhuga is a supporting character in Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea.
He is a shipwright in Lugion Village's clan, and also an advisor. The chief of the clan trusts him greatly, and he asks to act as Shallistera's guardian on her journey. He looked after Shallistera since her childhood, and he is like a relative to her. He manages the clan's treasured ships, and knows much about the traditions and legends surrounding them.
