Zeldalia is a supporting character in Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana.
Zeldalia
Zeldalia is a very powerful witch but also a talented alchemist, living alone in the forest with Norn and her cat. A long time ago, Zeldalia was friends with a certain Daphne, but above all with Mull, the antagonist of Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana.
Zeldalia Live in the forest and is very close to the cat-girl Norn, which makes her her surrogate mother, although she sometimes proves too old to take on this role. Although they live together in the middle of the forest, Norn was taken in by Zeldalia in the mountains, when she was just a stray cat. Zeldalia then used her magic to transform Norn into a human, which explains the cat-girl's advanced age (14).
Although she may look young, she is a lot older than you think thanks to her amazing powers. However, even though her alchemical skills have maintained her superficial youth, the weight of time has taken its toll on her, and she constantly suffers from a bad hip.
To this day, Zeldalia dreams of living peacefully with Norn in order to pass on her knowledge and skills. She tries to teach Norn magic, but the cat-girl isn't very good at learning, constantly failing to cast spells.
Role in Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana
In Atelier Iris, Klein meets up with Zeldalia following a quest featuring Norn's arrival at the open-air theatre, where her mission is to steal two precious items from the player. Pursuing the cat-girl leads Klein and his team straight to Zeldalia's house in the Poto Forest. The witch then entrusts the player's team with guarding Norn, who then becomes a playable character,
Zeldalia briefly takes on the role of mentor to Klein, helping him to achieve his goal and putting him through a series of tests. When the player is away from the Poto Forest, Zeldalia uses Norn as a ‘telephone’ to communicate with Klein using her magical powers, deactivating Klein's consciousness to speak through her body and advise him on his quest. Despite speaking through Norn, Zeldalia retains her own voice.
On several occasions, Zeldalia's chronic pain gives rise to the possibility of choosing one of the characters in the team to massage her. Each character has a specific interaction, that allows the game to deepen the personality of the characters as well as Zeldalia. For example, Lita is a very bad masseuse who can't control her strength, and does nothing but hurt Zeldalia.
Zeldalia / Nyaron's Shop
The First floor of the Zeldalia's House feature a black cat, but this cat in fact own a shop.
The cat's name is Nyaron.

Zeldalia Postgame Mini Quest
Once the amalgam has been defeated once, an event is unlocked if Klein visits Zeldalia at Poto's Forest. When he speaks to Zeldalia, she explains that Norn is finally ready to take the final test.
Thereafter, the player must win 5 battles in a row against progressively more powerful monsters, with Norn as the only team member. If all 5 battles are won, Zeldalia gives her cane to norn, one of the most powerful weapons in the game.
Zeldalia's cane can be used by both Klein and Norn.
