According to the people at GameFAQs she appears in Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea. Since I don't own the game (and can't read Japanese even if I did) I can't vouch for the accuracy of this. Feinoha ^Talk 01:21, July 20, 2014 (UTC)

I have played through the game twice and she does indeed appear. She appears in the ending together with Nio Altugle, joining up with Keithgriff Hazeldine and Odelia on their journey. There is also a scene where Ayesha and Nio appears in a flashback illustration. In the same scene, it's said that Ayesha is investigating another area. She is also officially Keithgriff's apprentice now.
