The Arid Lands
The Arid Lands is a Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout quest.
While searching for Bos, the adventurers find themselves transported to the Underworld Lila's homeland. They wander deep into the forest in search of Bos.
Before long, the group runs into Kilo Shiness a member of the same race as Lila who has been continuing the fight agaisnt the Philuscha all on her own. As it turns out, she's also been looking after the injured Bos.
She tells them how her world used to be beautiful, overflowing with pure sparkling water before an ancient artifact absorbed all the water and turned in into the desolate land they see before them. Bos reveals that he might know where that artifact is now and in order to verify this, they all return to the island.
Ryza promises Kilo that they'll do everything they can to help her world when they return home. With their original mission to rescue Bos complete, they head to Brunnen Manor.
