Shadow Grass is a material found in Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland.

A relatively rare material found only at the Night's Domain. Collecting Dark Coral, Shadow Grass and Midnight Flowers are required for Assignment 10.

Cordelia will ask for two Shadow Grass as one of the castle Front Quests anonymously. This is her final request and must be completed in order to complete Cordelia's events. Esty may also request these from the castle as one of the regular Front Quests outside of Cordelia's flag.
