Marcel is a character appearing in Atelier Elkrone: Dear for Otomate.
With his meddling nature, the worldly-wise man Ralf is his childhood friend. As a student of the academy, he's friends with Ralf and Meriel. It seems that Meriel's jam tarts are his favourite.
