The Taste of Civilization is a Memoria from Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy and the Polar Night Liberator, this is a remember of Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland.

A teacher passes knowledge on to a student. Such knowledge is power, enough to bring change to the kingdom. Though perhaps not quite enough to change its fate. However, the people of this kingdom will continue to live their lives with alchemy all around them.
