The Panicking Boy: 2 is a Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout quest.
After returning to the secret hidout, the adventurers discuss the party that Moritz Brunnen is putting together to hunt down the dragon believe to haunt Meteor Castle, famous from countless nursery rhymes. The hunting party is likely already on the mainland and may stumble upon the atelier, so Ryza and the others head to the port to see what's going on.
The adventurers spot Agatha and her group as they head to the old castle to hunt the dragon they also notice Bos among the party. Unwilling to let Bos hog all the glory, they decide to follow the others and head to Meteor Castle themselves. They find the dragon waiting for them at Meteor Castle. Agatha's squad had already taken a crack at it, but they found themselves nearly destroy. So now Ryza and her friends are committed to taking on the dragon!
