Anise Hyssop is a playable character in Atelier Online: Alchemist of Bressisle who joins the Protagonist's party early on in the story.

Anise is a student of the Academy's Relicology Department. She is a close friend of Sorel and is the more reserved of the two, though she can be quite stubborn. Her instructor is Ru-sensei.
