Anise Hyssop is a playable character in Atelier Online: Alchemist of Bressisle who joins the Protagonist's party early on in the story.
Anise is a student of the Academy's Relicology Department. She is Sorel's childhood friend and is the more reserved of the two, though she can be quite stubborn. Her instructor is Ru-sensei.

Anise is an apprentice sage and classmate to the Protagonist. She studies nature and customs, and records them in books. She loves to study but had almost no athletic ability.
She is often seen in the academy's library, as she also likes to read books.
